Most of the Construction Sealant products listed meet the criteria for USGBC EQ Credit 4.1, as well as the criteria for NAHBs Model Green Home Guidelines.

Bostik® Chem-Calk® 900 sealant is a one-component, architectural grade, polyurethane sealant capable of dynamic joint movement totaling 50% of original joint geometry (±25%). The sealant cures to a tough, flexible rubber when exposed to moisture present in the atmosphere.

Bostik® Chem-Calk® 915 sealant is a one-component, contractor construction grade, smooth polyurethane sealant capable of dynamic joint movement totaling 50% of original joint geometry (±25%). The sealant cures to a tough, flexible rubber when exposed to moisture present in the atmosphere.

Bostik® Chem-Calk® 916 sealant is a one-component, construction grade, textured urethane sealant capable of dynamic joint movement totaling 50% of original joint geometry (±25%). The sealant cures to a tough, flexible rubber when exposed to moisture present in the atmosphere.

Chem-Calk® 955-SL sealant is a one-component, architectural grade, polyurethane sealant capable of dynamic joint movement totaling 50% of original joint geometry (±25%). The sealant cures to a tough, flexible rubber when exposed to moisture present in the atmosphere. Chem-Calk® 955-SL polyurethane sealant has a self-leveling consistency. Its physical properties will remain relatively unchanged over a wide temperature range. -40°F to 150°F (-40°C to 66°C).

Bostik® Chem-Calk® 2000 Smooth Ultimate Formula Sealant is a one-component, high performance, low VOC construction sealant —making it the ideal sealant when working in environmentally sensitive areas. Bostik® Chem-Calk® 2000 Smooth exhibits superior sealing capabilities and has been specially designed to seal between many common building materials, most metals and wood where dynamic joint movement can be expected.

Chem-Calk® 2020 is a one-component, moisture curable, advanced urethane sealant that offers superior adhesion to vinyl siding, vinyl trim board, and a variety of dissimilar surfaces. It is suitable for most building materials including stone, masonry, wood, aluminum and a variety of other metals. Recommended applications include: vinyl siding, vinyl trim board and other engineered woods, other perimeter-sealing applications such as window and door.

Bostik® GPS1 is a one-component, moisture curing, water-free, gun-grade POLYURETHANE-based, nonsag elastomeric sealant. Polyurethane sealants in general can withstand a wide range of temperature exposure in the range of -40°F to 150°F (-40°C to 65°C). Bostik® GPS1 can be used for indoor and outdoor applications.

Bostik® Chem-Calk® Heavy Duty Polyurethane Construction Adhesive is a one-component, moisture cure polyurethane adhesive exhibiting high strength. It is easy to apply and demonstrates superb performance in the cured state, and is suitable for both interior and exterior installations. HDCA typically does not require priming to achieve a watertight seal on common construction materials such as stone, concrete, masonry, cedar, wood, anodized aluminum, galvanized steel, vinyl, fiber-cement board, etc. (See Installation Protocol for achieving proper seal.) It is environmentally safer than typical solvent-release materials and exhibits low odor.

Chem-Calk® 300 is designed for caulking and sealing joints where little or no joint movement can be expected, such as in perimeter joints of window frames and door jambs, bedding thresholds, secondary seals in glazing, and whre a seal is required against neoprene gaskets.
